"When I attended Lindsay's classes, I was struggling to accept my daughter's disability and unplanned (if they ever are) diagnosis and feeling burnt out from work; chaos was the name of the game while I was running through life. Lindsay's kind and compassionate guidance helped me slow down and reconnect with myself. Her practice, rooted in self-compassion and love, provided the support I needed to navigate my grief and find again some inner peace. Lindsay's warmth and empathy made a great impact on my life at the time, and I am grateful.”

Not sure if it's right for you?
Practicing mindfulness and meditation requires us to have a sense of openness and willingness to be with what is, to experience some sense of discomfort and to then explore if it feels safe and 'ok' to be with what is.
Yet, we all have boundaries and we are all at different spots in our lives.
Sometimes, being with discomfort can in fact be TOO much for us at this particular time.
And that is totally ok!
We may be going through a very intense traumatic time at the moment. Sometimes, we need to resource ourselves with other support measures (psychologists, therapists etc.) before beginning with meditation.
I am happy to discuss any concerns you may around this to support you in what could be most beneficial for you at this time.
